How do I order medicine on WhatsApp?

Send HELLO to +255 723 329 239, choose English or Swahili, then tap “Search a medicine” and type its name. Pick a pharmacy, choose how many packs and check out - it all happens in the chat.

How do I pay and collect my order?

With the options your pharmacy accepts: mobile money (pay, then send the confirmation message or a screenshot) or cash at the pharmacy. You get a PDF receipt in the chat and a message when your order is ready to pick up.

Which medicines need a prescription?

Prescription-only medicines are marked in the chat. When you check out with one, the bot asks for a photo of your prescription before you can pay.

Who checks my prescription?

A pharmacist at the pharmacy you chose. They approve the quantity and price (and can add dosage notes), or tell you why it can’t be accepted so you can send a clearer photo.

How do I get a refill?

Order the medicine again and send your prescription - the pharmacist can match it to your earlier one. If you already have an approved prescription you haven’t used, your order goes straight to payment.

Does it cost anything to use?

No. Ordering on WhatsApp, Atlas and the website is free - you only pay the pharmacy for your medicine. Atlas is on Google Play for Android; on an iPhone, shop on apilox.co.tz or simply use WhatsApp.
