What kind of people does Apilox hire?

Do I need healthcare experience to apply?
Not always. For engineering, design, finance, and marketing roles, we welcome any background. For medical advisory and legal roles, relevant professional qualifications are required. We value diverse skill sets across all teams.
What roles are commonly open at Apilox?
Engineering, pharmacy operations, UX/UI design, customer support, logistics, partnerships, legal/compliance, and capacity building. All eight department tracks are open and actively growing.
Does Apilox support remote or hybrid work?
Yes. Some roles — particularly in engineering and design — are remote-friendly. Field-facing roles like pharmacy operations require in-person presence in Tanzania. We'll always be clear about this upfront.
