Can I start with the Free plan and upgrade later?

Absolutely. The Free plan has no time limit. You can upgrade to Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise at any time from your account dashboard as your needs grow.

What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). For Enterprise customers with cross-border needs, we can discuss alternative billing arrangements.

How does annual billing save me money?

Switching to annual billing gives you approximately 20% off compared to paying monthly. Standard drops from TZS 5,000/month to the equivalent of TZS 4,000/month when billed annually.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No lock-in on monthly plans. Annual plans are prepaid for the year. You can cancel before renewal and will not be charged again.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and major debit/credit cards. Enterprise invoicing via bank transfer is also available.

Can pharmacies use Apilox for free?

The Free plan is designed for patients. Pharmacies need the Advanced plan to list their inventory, manage orders, and access the pharmacy dashboard. Contact us for a free pharmacy trial.

What is the Ultimate Card credit facility?

The Ultimate Card is a buy-now, pay-later credit line offered by Apilox Health Limited directly. It is available to Advanced and Enterprise pharmacy partners to allow patients to purchase medicines on credit.

Is Apilox Intelligence included in my plan?

Apilox Intelligence — our AI-powered predictive health platform — is currently in pilot stage and will be available to Advanced and Enterprise customers upon launch in May 2026.

How do I get an Enterprise quote?
